Special Effects
Painting refers to a 2-coat painting system. The first coat requires normal
painting with Nippon 3-in-1 or Vinyl Silk. After the first coat is totally dry,
preferably 12 hours later, apply Nippon Art Glaze over the area with the
different techniques mentioned below.
